We found our coffee roasters while visiting other coffee shops to get ideas, try some coffees, and find possible local roasters.

Luckily, we hit the jackpot with one of our first visits (and now frquent, when we’re in town) to Old School Coffee in Lexington, KY. We figured out who their roasters were and made the call to visit immediately.

During our visit, we were sold. Their love for their vendors, their hard work to make sure they achieve peak quality, their kindness, and their commitment to fair trade beans had us highly impressed. Thus, we went with them, and we are so glad we did.
